Pros (+) this hotel was by far the nicest we’ve stayed in on our travels. the staff are so friendly and helpful !! the place was so spacious with majority of the hotel being outdoors. perfect location especially for the Saturday night market. could not recommend this hotel enough !

Pros (+) Loved my stay at Oxotel, so quiet and easy to get to sleep. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom was super nice, there was a cafe downstairs that was very inviting. Nothing but positives things to say about Oxotel.

The only negative is that the shared bathrooms were on a different floor to me and for someone who needs a toilet often during the night, I didn’t enjoy this process. The owner was the nicest Thai man we ever met, so so nice. Free water is a lovely touch and the continental breakfast was fab and help yourself. Pros (+) Had a very nice stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Saturday night walking street is right at front door.
Cons (-) The location is a little bit out from the center. It didn't seem like a place you would be able to socialise easily as a solo traveller.

Pros (+) Posh hardwood floors, everything is of quality and thoughtfully designed. Good working desks.
Cons (-) The curtain only covers half of the bed perimeter, ridiculous. A bit far from the center, not many other travelers. Breakfast does not have real coffee (only instant)

Stay for 5 nights, at first i tried to contact them asking for chiang rai trip and motorcycle rent but the answer is not really satisfied but upon my arrival Mr Charlie explain me without i am asking, he is very attentive and nice. breakfast was very simple and nice they have cereal, toast, banana and coffee/juice.
